Airfare to/from Miami, Florida
U.S. citizens are required to have a valid U.S. passport, recommended to be valid for at least six months beyond entry, and an approved e‑Visa (approximately $80 USD) to enter Brazil. Passports must also contain at least one blank page for the official entry stamp.
Reservations
Government issued picture identification may be requested prior to confirmation of reservation. Failure to provide requested identification will result in rejection of the reservation request.
We reserve the right to refuse any reservation. Decisions are final.
This is a girls only trip. Must be over 18 by the date of travel.
Cancel Fees
If cancelled before 012/22/23 your fee will be $1000.00
If cancelled between 012/23/23 and 01/10/23 your fee would be $1500.00.
If cancelled between 01/11/23 and 01/31/23 your fee would be $2000.00
If cancelled after 02/01/23 your trip is non-refundable
It is the responsibility of each Customer to obtain and carry a valid passport, visa(s), and all other documents required by applicable government regulations.
Ebony Vacations (EV) acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal supplier cruise lines, hotels, airlines, air charters, bus companies, ground transportation, boat purveyors or owners, Delta Vacations and other independent contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and/or other services (“supplier(s)”), and is not the source or provider of the travel services.

$100 OFF for GoGIRLS! VIP Members through September 15, 2026.
(Must have completed two eligible GoGIRLS! trips at the time of booking.)
$200 OFF for GoGIRLS! Gold/Platinum VIP Members through October 1, 2026.

1) Additional cancellation fees, if applicable, imposed by service providers other than us (may include but is not limited to banks or other payment platforms, airlines, cruises, hotels, railway companies) will be deducted from the money refundable.

2) Changing the traveler(s) is considered as cancellation and is subject to the above policy.

3) After the trip has started, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services (may include but is not limited to hotels, air or train tickets, meals, admission fees) due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.

Ebony Vacations | GoGIRLS! Black Travel Club enters into contracts with hotels and air, land, or water transportation companies, but all such entities are owned and operated by independent contractors.
Each of these supplier companies is an independent entity with its own management, and is not subject to the control of EV. Customer is advised that the suppliers whose names appear in travel documentation are those actually responsible for providing the travel services purchased, and consents to the use of those suppliers, and understands and agrees each supplier’s Terms and Conditions are contained in printed form and are set forth on their respective websites, which govern the transaction. By booking this trip, client agrees to the terms and conditions.

In the event the trip must be cancelled due to COVID-19 related issues, Ebony Vacations | GoGIRLS! will adhere to the policies of each airline, hotel, vendor, tour company, etc.
